Asian Black Pepper Mother Sauce Recipe | 黑胡椒醬

Living in Taiwan for almost 10 years, there was one staple in my weekly food intake, 黑胡椒醬雞腿, Chicken quarter cooked with Asian black pepper sauce.

The mother of all sauces in my opinion, this sauce is savory and rich in flavor. I use it in stir fry, added to chicken, pork, steak or seafood. It goes well even on bean sprouts!

This is an easy and delicious recipe. I truly hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
